By accessing or using the Jadu88 platform — whether through the website at jadu88.app, the Jadu88 mobile app, or any other Jadu88 service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Jadu88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general terms. Where there is a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not real money, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Jadu88 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting Jadu88 customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.
